Godwin Falix inspiring people has been the basis for this organization to achieve. With inspiring we name the  absolute quality of Godwin, from the practical experience, mismanagement, poor choices and  strategic guidance in the sports field, he has been able to organize a motivated team that will  pursue the goals of the organization.  Following the road through Excelsior Rotterdam, Feyenoord, RKC Waalwijk and FC Dordrecht, he  made the step to the amateurs. Out of necessity he decided after the birth of his first daughter to  fight for his business career. He started his social career in   a hair salon, where he met a customer who was inspired and impressed by his fluency. This  customer was the owner of a quality management agency and gave Godwin the opportunity at the  age of 21 to inspire, as a manager for a door to door sales company, more than 300 employees.  The then very young entrepreneur learned a lot and learned fast. His people skills developed  rapidly as well as his ability to resolve any organizational problems adequately. Godwin decided to  finally start as an entrepreneur and decided to lower the priority of his football career. After a  while he struggled with the fact of missing the excitement of football and decided yet to start  playing on an acceptable level again.  With the v.v. Capelle, playing in the “hoofdklasse” of the amateurs in that time, he found a club  meeting his criteria’s.   Back in the football world, he decided to fully engage in the football industry and launched Godwin  Sports Management to guide and maximize the qualities of players with a professional and personal  vision, not only as a player but certainly also as a man. It’s all about inspiration, a player getting attention, trust and stimulation, will always improve his  performance!   Godwin sports is all about inspiration!

Bryan Cairo There are always opportunities if you look at the qualities of a player, but how do you utilize these  opportunities and improve the qualities?  This experienced professional for over 20 years in various management positions, at a large  American company, whose last year’s he managed as a process expert.  Players require milestones on which they should focus, Bryan is the person within the organization  that focuses on the process measurements and analysis of players.  Often players are affected by their environment where the focus is lost and sees therefore an  important task for coaches and trainers to help players to keep or renew their focus. Of a  professional management organization you should expect them to focus on their goals. Proper  guidance of young players, at every level, is crucial for the way upwards. Bryan has a modern  approach to football, and within Godwin sports management praised for his insight for players with  exceptional qualities. Within the organization, he is also responsible for the internal business  processes and organizational structure.

Gavir Breidel With a good and positive attitude you can get far, Gavir, the gentleman, is a perfect example with  this character. Because of his positive attitude he always has a positive effect on those around him  which is his strength and quality.  For him It is a normal behavior to lead players in the right direction. Despite his family  relationship with Godwin, he is able to well balance the work-life as a true professional. Balance in  everything you do is the quote that suits him perfectly. Like Godwin he played for many  professional football clubs. Gavir successfully completed his sport management education on the  “Hogeschool Rotterdam”. Gavir is an exceptional talent in the area of guidance of top talents and  an very praised colleague within Godwin sports management. 

Luciano Presierie As goalkeeper of the school of Ajax Amsterdam we have with Luciano Presierie an exceptional  professional in service, the man knows what it takes to reach the absolute top and evaluate   players in this manner. The eye for quality that is what Luciano is all about. He experienced and  built his knowledge of the football game training with top trainers and by playing with top players  like Nigel de Jong, Wesley Sneijder and Ryan Babel for many years.  His experience and knowledge is so well stimulating and as well inspiring for the players as his colleagues. 

Linda van Heeren Outside the field also a hero? It's good fun when you play football well, but how do you handle  this? How profiling yourself? This is what she's been doing with our players. Everyone has a past and  have things which are less fun in life, therefore we dare to say we are very proud with this  experienced expert in the field of social and emotional coaching. She is the counselor for players,  families and children of our clients.
